Update!
The home inspection went PERFECT! Just a few little things that we should fix once we move in but other than that . . . nothing to stop the sale. We are awaiting a telephone call from the title company to make sure that things are good to go. Spent a few hours there yesterday cleaning up and changing a few things and we are sooooooo ready for this! Will keep you posted. As long as the house doesn't have any lien's or assessments, we should be closing within the next few weeks!!!
