Strangers can change your day!

So today I decided I was going to get out of the house for awhile and do some grocery shopping and go sign up for my FREE YMCA membership (which I am really excited about) I noticed a Hallark store that I haven't been to before and decided that I was going to go look for a card that I haven't been able to find ANYWHERE, not going to get into specifics because I know he's reading this! I was wondering around and found a "Support Our Troops" section FULL of all kinds of cards so I just kinda squatted there and started reading through them. The lady that was at the counter when I first walked into the store came up to me and asked me if I needed any help and that was it for me . . . I sat on the floor and cried for over an hour with this kind woman as she just held me. I explained to her our situation and for the first time, it came out of my mouth that our daughter was going to be born while her Daddy was deployed. Today was not an easy day but I am so thankful that there are people out there that really do care enough to listen to and hug a complete stranger. After I left, she might have complained that I took up an hour of her day due to the fact that I just couldn't get off the floor and stop crying but the way that she just sat there and listened, I bet we have another one praying for us.

Remember that sometimes a hug can change someone's day, even simply smiling can help!

Praying for strength and peace!

Wow. My friend Jenny and I were just talking about you the other night. I know you really don't know us, but we cry right along with you when we read your blog. Thank you for keeping everyone up to date, we are praying for you and your family. You Schwab girls are amazing.

Thank you Kara! Life isn't always what we thought it would be but learning and KNOWING that God is in 100% control makes it so much easier for me to just sleep at night. I will try my best to keep the updates rolling as I know that our nationwide prayer chain is expanding. Miracles are happening :-)
